Terms & Conditions

All written quotations will be valid for 14 days from date of quotation.


Bookings enquiries may be held for 14 days. After such time the booking will be invalid unless confirmation is received from the Client.


In the event of cancellation, 14 days notice in writing to the Company before the Event is required to avoid the full invoice being charged to the Client.


The Client shall, 14 days prior to commencement of Event, pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Goods price to the Company.


The Client shall pay the Company the remaining 50% of the Goods price - plus any additional costs incurred at the Event - by the end of the month following the month of invoice. Any unpaid invoices
after such time will be subject to interest at 10% for each further month or part thereof.


All Goods (unless otherwise specified) are subject to V.A.T. at the current rate.


All prices are subject to change without prior notice.


The Company shall not be liable for any delay, loss or cancellation of Goods arising from contingencies beyond their control.


It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure sufficient access is available at the Event for the Company to supply the required Goods, as well as access to facilities including (but not restricted
to) water, electricity, rubbish disposal and parking.


Where a Justices' License is required at an Event, the Client is responsible for obtaining the appropriate License for the Event.


These Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the Company in part or in whole for one or more of its Clients where the Company has grounds deemed necessary.
